Daci K. Parkinson Raffa, 58, of Springfield, died at 10:58 am, Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at Memorial Medical Center. She was born August 19, 1962 in Springfield to Stuart L. and Rebecca Jewel Casey Parkinson. She married Danny Raffa on October 10, 2012 and he survives.
Also surviving are three children, Jacob, Justin and Jewel Rouse all of Springfield; two step-children, Lexy and Sean Raffa both of Lincoln; one grandson, Leo Jones; one sister, Angel (Phillip) Parkinson Kimmel of Chatham; one nephew, Graham Shipley of Springfield; one niece, Camden (Skyler) Shipley Blisset of Chatham and several cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Daci was a member of South Side Christian Church and Sangamo Surf Club. She enjoyed BUNCO, riding motorcycles and loved the beach. She especially found enjoyment in helping people in any way that she could.
She worked as a draft technician/accountant and secretary for Pro-Tap and she was most known for bartending at Two Brothers and Four Seasons and also several other local bars.
Memorial Gathering 12 – 4 pm, Sunday, January 31, 2021 at Staab Funeral Home – Springfield.
Graveside Service: 10 am, Monday, February 1, 2021 at Roselawn Memorial Park with Brooks Wilson officiating.
If anyone would like to go in procession to Roselawn Memorial Park, please meet at Staab Funeral Home- Springfield at 9 am, Monday, February 1, 2021 to be placed in the line-up.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family for funeral and medical expenses.
CDC Protocol shall be followed.
