Constance J. Spencer
Constance J. Spencer, nee Friel, age 92, of Chicago. Beloved wife of the late Jack Spencer. Devoted mother of Victoria Zickenheiner, Mary Ann (the late Timothy) Teister, Theresa (Peter) Perlongo, Karen (Michael) Gannon, Constance Zickenheiner, Beth Ann (Raymond) Poczkalski, and Ruth (Kevin) Baran. Loving grandma Nonnie to Matt, Kevin, Allie, Mike, Cali, Meghan, Kelsey, Dan, Katie, Haley (Mitcheal), and Jack. Connie was a registered nurse and Director of Nursing at Martha Washington Hospital for many years. She was an avid and devoted Cubs fan, happy to have cheered them on to their World Series win. She will be missed by all. A visitation will be held Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home 6150 N. Cicero Ave. Chicago IL from 8:30-9:30am. A mass will be held at Queen of All Saints Basilica, 6280 N. Sauganash Ave. Chicago IL, at 10:00am. Interment All Saints Catholic Cemetery.
