Charmaine “Sherry” Mosier

Charmaine “Sherry” Mosier, 67, of Mansfield, Ohio passed away at her home on Wednesday, November 3, 2021. She was born in Mansfield to Ruth (Wareham) Simmons on October 19, 1954.
Sherry graduated from St. Peter’s Catholic High School. She was an avid bowler and was in a bowling league for many years at Park Lanes. She was a very talented cook and spent 50 years in food service in the downtown Mansfield area. She ran the Fifty-One Club for 11 years and also offered private catering. She enjoyed crossword puzzles and watching TV, especially cooking shows and Animal Planet. Sherry loved her girls and grandchildren and cherished all the memories made with them. She was instrumentally talented and could play almost any instrument, but mostly loved to sing and play guitar. She loved music, particularly 60’s and 70’s music, but her most recent favorite artist was Bruno Mars.
Sherry is survived by her two daughters, Sara (Mike) Napier and Amy Clifton; grandchildren, Raven, Zain, Xavier and Aspen; brother, Curtiss (Jennifer) Bush; numerous nieces and nephews; and her cat, Tulip Rose.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Ruth Simmons; brother, Randy Bush; grandmother, Christina Strang; significant other, Carl Watson; and beloved cat, Mimi.
A gathering will be held Tuesday, November 9, 2021 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 98 S. Diamond St., Mansfield, Ohio 44902. The family would like to say a special thank you to Hospice of North Central Ohio for all the love and care shown towards Sherry.
