Carrol Ann Harney

Carrol Ann Harney, 73, of New Berlin, IL died at 2:27 pm, Sunday, June 20, 2021 at Memorial Medical Center. She was born March 26, 1948 in Springfield to Elliott and Jean (Hendrick) Withey. She married Howard Gene Harney in 1969.

She is survived by her husband, Gene and two brothers, Ralph and Jim Withey.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Carrol was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan and loved crafting and cooking.

She retired from Horace Mann as an underwriter.

Private services will be held.

Burial will be at Chatham Memorial Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Kidney Foundation or the American Cancer Society.

CDC Protocol shall be followed.
