Carolyn (Carol) “Sia” Lambert

Carolyn (Carol) “Sia” Lambert, 82 of Hendersonville died peacefully on Friday, May 20, 2022. Born in St. Paul, Minnesota she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Gladys Tromp Roetzler. She previously lived in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin where she worked as a secretary and housekeeper for St. Joseph’s Church for ten years. She then moved to Nacogdoches, Texas where she worked in classified advertising for the Daily Sentinel newspaper for 25 years, before retiring to Fort Atkinson, WI and Hendersonville, NC.
In addition to her parents, Carol was preceded in death by her twin sister Connie “Sia” Manke and her brothers, Tommy Roetzler and Mike Hamann.
Surviving are her beloved niece Amy Romans (Chris) of Hendersonville; nephews Tony Vacca (Vilma) and Rhett Manke; brothers Gus Hamann (Joette), John Hamann (Doni); great-nieces Brittany Romans (Andy), Catherine Roka, Annabel Reyna, and Elizabeth Vacca; great-nephews Jason Romans (his children Noella and Eli), Michael Vacca, Matthew Vacca, Paul Vacca and David Vacca, and her brother-in-law Bruce Manke.
There will be no Memorial Service per Carol’s wishes.
