Braxton George Cason

Braxton George Cason, 2 months old, of Fletcher, NC passed away on February 16, 2022.

Braxton was born in Henderson County, NC on November 26, 2022, to William “Allen” Cason and Candice Marie Basham.

Braxton was greeted in heaven by his great-grandparents, James Terry Basham and Mary Lee Holland Cason.

In addition to his parents, Braxton is survived by his three older siblings; aunt, Ashely Basham, uncle, James “Cody” Basham, and aunt, Chelsea Mazalic;  grandparents, George and Stephanie Basham and William Cason and Dana Cottman; mamaws, Georgia Basham and Joan Robinson; and great-aunt, Jackie Stonecipher.

Braxton’s family will miss him dearly, especially his big brother, William “James” Cason who loved playing with him and making him smile.  Although Braxton’s time with us was brief, his light will truly shine on in those that loved him.

A celebration of life will be held at Shuler Funeral Home in Hendersonville, NC on Thursday, March 3, 2022, at 4PM with Rev. Matthew Metzger officiating.
