Bobby Lynnda Lee

Bobby Lynnda Lee went to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on December 13, 2021.  Bob was born in Lumberton, NC on November 6, 1938. Following a gallant fight with cancer, Bob succumbed to kidney failure and heart complications.

Bob grew up in Orrum, NC surrounded by his loving parents the late Leon & Francis Lee and his siblings; the late Myrtle Rose Stephens, the late Henry Dick Lee and surviving sister Linda Merle Stephenson. Bob moved to Charlotte, NC in 1956 to pursue a life away from the farm.  Over the next 60 years, Bob successfully worked as a salesman for various trucking companies.  However, the love of his life was family and his church.  He enjoyed just about any type woodworking project and could never turn down a neighbors request for help.  He was always ready to give his time and efforts to help when a need was known.  More than anything, Bob enjoyed a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and knew him as his Lord and Savior. He had a passionate desire for God’s word. He lived what he believed and stood ready to share his faith.

He is already missed by his family and friends who will cherish the wonderful memories of their time spent with him.

Bob is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Margie; son Ronnie Lee (Amy) of Broad River; daughter Paula Van Kluyve (Rick) of Nashville, TN; grandchildren David Lee (Caroline), Anna-Kathryn Lee, Abby Marshall (Grayson), Adam Fazilat (Avery), Katie Fazilat, Olivia Lee and Jonathan Lee, great grandchildren Clara Lee, Margot Marshall, and Sawyer Fazilat.

The Memorial service for Bob Lee will be Saturday, Dec 18th at 12:00 o’clock.  The service will be held at Bat Cave Baptist Church, 5095 Chimney Rock Rd, Hendersonville, NC.

The family will receive friends beginning at 11:15 at the church.

In lieu of flowers, Bob and Margie Lee asked donations be made to Bat Cave Baptist Church, PO Box 247, Bat Cave, NC 28710 or www.batcavebaptist.com/giving.
