Betty Cleo Bryant Lee

Betty Cleo Bryant Lee, 88, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend went home on October 28, 2022. Graveside Service 2:00 pm Thursday November 3, 2022, Acton Cemetery.

Betty was born May 5, 1934 in Abilene, Texas to John and Lillie Bryant. She graduated from Abilene High School and attended Hardin-Simmons University until she met the love of her life, Charlie Lee, whom she married on April 10, 1954.

Betty worked outside the home at different times throughout the years but her greatest joy was taking care of her family. Once she moved to Granbury she was active in the Pecan Plantation Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary. She loved spending time with her friends and especially loved a good card game.

She was a member of Acton Baptist Church.

Betty was preceded in death by her husband Charlie, her parents, her brothers, Dub, Winston, Pete, Leahmon, and Jimmy Douglas Bryant, grandson Kiley, granddaughter-in-law Becky.

Survivors: Son, Chuck Lee and wife, Karla; daughter Sherry Lee; grandson Cody Sims and wife Olivia; grandson Brad Lee; great-grandsons Carter and Cooper Lee.
