As your new postmaster of Bel Air, my team and I are excited about this upcoming holiday season and the future of mail delivery in our community. We continue to make great improvements with scanning, hiring, delivering and providing the best possible customer experience with our window and lobby operations.

The U.S. Postal Service will not levy any additional surcharges this holiday season, offering increased predictability in pricing for customers and will continue to be the most affordable way to mail and ship this holiday season.

As online shopping activity intensifies during the holiday season, the Postal Service is strongly positioned to handle the expected surge in package and mail deliveries in a superior and routine manner. For the past three years, we have been planning early and leveraging investments in our people, infrastructure, technology and transportation — all made possible by our 10-year strategic Delivering for America Plan.
