Baltimore native Celestine Knight, administrator in Maryland Department of Assessments and Taxation, dies
Celestine Knight, an administrator in the Maryland Department of Assessments and Taxation who was active in the Gillis Memorial Christian Community Church, died Sept. 1 at her sister’s Gwynn Oak home. She was 77.
