Anthony “Tony” Redick

Anthony “Tony” Redick, 73, of Fletcher, NC passed away on Sunday, March 6, 2022.

Tony was born in Fletcher, NC on Tuesday, December 7, 1948, to the late Samuel James Redick and Virginia Barnwell Redick.  He is also preceded in death by his brother, James Marvin Redick and sister, Sheila Redick Souther.

Tony was a self-employed carpenter and worked in the field of home improvement for many years.  He also served in the US Army and was a Vietnam Veteran.

Tony’s passion was his family.  He loved going to the lake with his children and grandchildren, where he would fish, which was one of his favorite activities.

Tony is survived by his daughter, Tracy Redick Galloway (Jason) of Mills River and son, Anthony Justin Redick of Mills River; and grandchildren, Caleb and Jamie Galloway.

A memorial visitation will be held at Kirby Chapel of Shuler Funeral Home in Hendersonville, NC on Saturday, April 2, 2022, from 12 to 1PM with the memorial service to follow at 1PM.  A reception will follow the memorial service at the family home.
