In loving memory of our husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, Anthony Deichert, who passed away on March 24, 2023.

Service:  11:00 am., Tuesday, March 28, 2023 in Biggers Funeral Chapel, 6100 Azle Avenue, Fort Worth, Texas 76135

Visitation:  10:00 am, prior to the Service.

Celebration of Life: immediately following the service at Flips Patio Grill, 6613 Fossil Bluff, Fort Worth, Texas.  Everyone is encouraged to wear their Nebraska Husker gear to the Celebration of Life.

Anthony was born in Crawford, Nebraska on June 28, 1955 to Anthony and Shirley (Corbin) Deichert.

Anthony was one of the kindest souls on this planet, he was a gentle, giving man, who worked tirelessly to ensure that his family always had everything they needed.  He was a sports enthusiast with a deep love for his Broncos and Huskers.  He was a well-respected, 42-year employee at the BNSF Railroad. He retired as General Superintendent of Coal Operations.  During his time at the railroad, he made numerous friends and impacted the lives of those that crossed his path.  He enjoyed his retirement years on the beach of St. Maarten with his beautiful wife, Angel.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Anthony and Shirley (Corbin) Deichert, and his niece, Jessica Hoskins.

Anthony was the devoted husband of Angela Deichert; a loving father to Troy Deichert (Lorraine), Jeff Deichert (Kati), Toni McCoy (Nicholas), Nina Millwood (Paul), Jessica Wyatt (Tanner), and Alexis Johnson (Cale); a fun-loving grandfather (“Papa”) to Alexander, Nicholas, Zachary, Ryan, Reese, Rhett, Anna, Jo, Vicenta, Eli, Dexter, Marcello, Parker, Chaise, Jayda, and Van;  a great-grandfather to Cecelia; a loving big brother to Mike Deichert (Cindy) and Deb Hoskins (Russ);  And a favorite uncle to many Nieces and Nephews.

He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
