Ann Mullins Walters, 87, passed from this life on February 13, 2021, in Granbury, Texas.
Ann was born to Roy Lee and Morgan Denman Mullins on November 21, 1933, on a ranch in Mankins, Texas, the third of four children. She graduated high school from Durant, Oklahoma, and attended business school with her sister Dot in Dallas before returning to the Granbury area where she met her brother’s best friend, Bill C. Walters, Sr., whom she married in 1953 and enjoyed a beautiful life together until his passing in 2010. In 2011 she married Dr. Phillip Price of Stephenville, Texas, until his passing in 2013.
Ann was a proud lifelong member of Ann Mullins WaltersFirst Baptist Church of Granbury, where she taught Bible study, and sang in the choir.

Ann loved entertaining better than anyone! She could throw a party together in minutes, where it would take anyone else weeks. Her home was always decorated for every single holiday and open to anyone who wanted to stop by for a slice of one of her delicious pies. Ann and Bill were accomplished 42 and Bridge players and were part of a (4) couple’s group that rotated playing at each other’s house.
