Alicia Leal

Alicia Leal, age 92, departed to her heavenly home on Friday morning, May 27, 2022. After a long illness, she resided at the Greek American Rehabilitation Center in Wheeling. Originally from Chicago, she worked at Sears for many years. She was a long term member of Brynford Bible Church. She is survived by her children Joseph (Liz), Raymond (Anna), Diana (Tom), Leo (Laurie) and Mario (Vickie), a large family of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, a brother and nieces and nephews. Alicia was a faithful believer who loved the Lord, her family and friends with all her heart. She will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Greek American Rehabilitation Center, Dementia org. or the charity of your choice.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 8, 2022 from 3-8pm at Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home, 6150 N. Cicero Ave., Chicago.  A Funeral Service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday June 9,2022 at 11:00 am.  Interment will be private.
