Wilma Rogers

Wilma Lorene Arwood Rogers, age 86 of Sevierville, passed away Saturday, October 11, 2025. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a member of Gists Creek Baptist Church. She was retired from Sevier County Hospital, where she served in the cafeteria.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Rogers; parents, Johnnie and Loma Arwood; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Rev. Elmer and Mary Rogers; Sisters, Mildred Lunsford, Velma Maples, and Linda Hatcher; brother, Dexter Arwood.

Survivors:

Son and Daughter-in-law: Larry and Sheila Rogers;

Grandchildren: Lucas Rogers (Katie) and Maria Rogers (Brandon);

Great-Grandchildren: Sophia Rogers (Logan) and Luke Rogers;

Great Great-Grandson: Ezekiel Sage Bowen;

Sisters: Ruby Davis, Edith Wilson, and Lena Reagan;

Several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Family and friends will meet at 2 PM Tuesday, October 14, 2025 for graveside service and interment in Gist Creek Cemetery with Rev. Clay Sutton officiating.
