Virginia Jansen

Virginia Jansen, 88, a resident of Scottsdale, Arizona, passed away on August 4th, 2025. Virginia was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Virginia is survived by her husband Ralph, her daughters Kathy, Marie (Mike), and Linda (Steve), grandchildren Catherine, Michelle (Travis), David, Theresa, Tyler (Katryna), Allison (Michael), Charity, and six great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her mother (Ida), son-in-law (Eli), and great grandson (Arlo).

Virginia was born on August 6th, 1936, in Racine, Wisconsin. She and her loving husband were married in 1957 and enjoyed 67 years of marriage together.

Virginia (Ginny to family & friends) was a special person. She was loved by so many for her kindness, creativity, and humor. She had a strong will and was determined to overcome any obstacles in her life. Her drive and determination were impressive, and her thoughtfulness and giving nature made her one-of-a-kind.

She will be greatly missed by all those who were blessed to know her.

Services will be held at Blessed Sacrament Roman Catholic Parish on August 19th at 10:30am.

Viewing in the Hansen Mortuary Chapel begins at 12 noon on August 11th, followed by the rosary at 1pm.
