Vickie Milillo

Vickie Milillo, age 75 years, and 21 days, passed away Wednesday, July 9, 2025, at Signature Health in Pine Knot, Kentucky and was placed in the care of the Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home.

In keeping with her wishes Cremation was chosen.

Vickie was born on June 18, 1950, in Cincinnati, Ohio, to Denny and Norma Lovett Taylor. A gifted vocalist, she was well-known throughout the Cincinnati area. Alongside her beloved husband, Jim Milillo, she also owned and operated several Italian restaurants and pizzerias, bringing joy and community to those around her.

Preceding her in death were her parents, and husband, James “Jim” Milillo.

Survivors include her daughter, Shauna Hardin, and husband Mike.
