Verna Buckner

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Verna Jean (Stalder) Buckner. She was born on September 1, 1950, in Houston, MO to Bill and Ruby (King) Stalder. She passed away peacefully on September 22, 2025. Verna lived a long life, filled with love for family and friends.

She is survived by her sister, Mary (Stalder) Roderick and husband Danny; nieces Tracy (Roderick) Greiner, Maia Greiner, Lily Greiner, Jade Sisco, and Willow Sisco.

Verna is preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, David and Doug Stalder.
