Vehicle crashes into porch on Woodside Drive in Carson City; driver booked for alleged DUI, narcotics

A Carson Now reader submitted this photo of a vehicle crash incident that happened Saturday evening on Woodside Drive in Carson City.

According to a Carson City Sheriff’s Office sergeant, the crash involved a vehicle that went into the porch of a Woodside Drive residence. The incident was reported at 9:43 p.m.

The driver was checked for injuries and then taken to jail for suspicion of DUI, no license, no insurance and possession of narcotics, CCSO Sgt. Darin Riggin told Carson Now.
