Timothy Gerhardt

Timothy “T. Jay” Gerhardt, age 72 of Rhinelander, died on July 17, 2025, at the Rennes Health and Rehab. He passed into eternal paradise with Jesus while holding his wife’s hand. He was born on April 16, 1953, in Madison, Wisconsin, the son of Lee and Dorothy (Black) Gerhardt. He attended schools in the Madison area. After his schooling he worked with his family in their steel business. He then purchased his own truck and was employed as a trucker for a number of years. In the late 1990’s he moved to Rhinelander and attended Nicolet College. Here he worked as a dispatcher for Sowinski farms and then as a non-emergency medical transporter.

T. Jay married Victoria Bellart on May 30, 2009. Together they enjoyed kayaking and camping.

T. Jay is survived by his wife Victoria, his stepdaughter Amanda (Tony) Bradt, his stepson Matthew (Sarah) Palubicki and his four grandchildren Ethan, Adalyn, Emma and Leah. He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Linda and his beloved Dachsund Tankard “Tank”.
