Thomas Lovett III

Thomas Scott Lovett III, passed away July 10, 2025 at his home in Benton, Mr. Lovett was born on October 14, 1941 to the Late Thomas Scott Lovett Jr and Mary Louise McClelland Lovett. He was raised in Star City, but moved to Little Rock after college to start his business. Scott was a graduate of the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville where he was a member of the Sigma Nu fraternity and a member of the Razorback Foundation. Mr. Lovett was also on the Arkansas State Board of Accountancy. Scott was a retired CPA and Owner of Lovett and Company LTD in Little Rock and of the Methodist Faith.

Also preceding him in death is one brother, Steve Lovett, and a sister, Carolyn Jean Lovett Carder.

Survivors include, daughter, Joy Leigh Lovett of Texas, and one sister, Susan Lovett Brown (David) of Irvine, CA.

Graveside Services are 2:00pm Sunday, July 13, 2025 at Drake Cemetery in Star City. Bro. Cody Andrews will Officiate. Visitation is 12:30pm to 1:30pm Sunday July 13, 2025 before the service at Griffin Funeral Service in Star City. In lieu of flowers the family asks that a donation be made to the charity of your choice
