Teddy Stegall

Teddy Woodrow Stegall, age 90, of Fort Mill, SC, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill, SC.

The family is hosting a celebration of life that will be at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, June 23, 2025, at Sisk Memorial Baptist Church. The family will receive friends an hour before the service from 10:00 a.m. to 11:15 a.m.

Born in Greensboro, NC, Teddy was the son of the late Woodrow Wilson Stegall and Mattie Louise Davenport. He was a graduate of Fort Mill High School class of 1955 and was an employee of Celanese Celriver Fibers where he was a jet wiper for 42 years before retirement. Teddy was a lifetime member of the Fort Mill Moose Lodge and he was a charter member of the Fort Mill American Legion for over 50 years. He enjoyed watching western movies, spending time with his family and friends, attending his grandchildren’s events, taking trips to the beach and going to the mountains.

Surviving is his loving wife of 55 years, Brenda Kay Stegall; his daughter, Angela Reneau (Brent); grandchildren, Kiersten Reneau, Kaden Reneau, Kamryn Reneau; his sister, Patsy Kantowski and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Billy Stegall and his sister, Anita Gibson.
