Sandra Kesling

Sandra Sue Henline Kesling, 79, of Stonewood, passed away peacefully at her sister Jackie Mullenax home on Monday, May 5, 2025. She was born July 12, 1945 in Fairmont, a daughter of the late Mason and Ruth Straight Henline. She is survived by her sister Jackie Henline Mullenax of Mannington for which she made her home with.

Sandra was a graduate of the WV School for the Deaf in Romney, WV.

In addition to her sister, she is survived by a sister-in-law: Sharon (Kesling) Diaz and husband Roger of Clarksburg and a brother-in-law: Donald Kesling and wife Connie of Port Orange, FL, and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years Everett Dale Kesling who passed away on March 11, 2020, a brother Richard and wife Sue Henline, a sister Sharon and Edward Barron, Sr.,a sister Janice and Jack Dixon, and brothers-in-law Daniel Mullenax, Robert Kesling and wife Stella, Herbert Kesling, Jr., an infant brother, and Virgil Kesling, sisters-in-law Robin Gougnenour Kesling and Beatrice Carr Kesling.

The family is giving a special thanks to Sandra’s long time friend Robert Stewart and his companionship to her sister Jackie and her care during her illness to Kim Sharrow, her friend and interpretour and to her nephew Eddie Barron and his wife Vicky for their unending support. The family also extends a special thanks to WVU Hospice and Alexis Earle and their nurses for the care Sandra received.

Friends will be received at the Hutson Funeral Home, 500 E Main Street, Mannington on Monday, May12, 2025 from 1-4 p.m. where funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. with Pastor Jerry Bush officiating.
