Roy Arrant

Roy Edwards Arrant, age 91, of Atlanta, Texas, went to be with the Lord Tuesday, August 26, 2025, in Bullard, Texas. Roy was born January 11, 1934, in Marion, Louisiana, to Doc and Louise Arrant. He was retired from Shell Oil Company, Bryans Mill, TX; and was a Christian by faith. Roy Enjoyed bass fishing was an avid Sports Fan and was dedicated to his lawn.

He was preceded in death by his son, Roy Keith Arrant and by his parents.

Roy is survived by his wife, Anita Arrant of Atlanta, Texas; daughter, Lou Ann Parrott and husband Clyde of Beaverton, OR; granddaughters, Amy Gentry and husband Josh, Lisa Parrott; and great-granddaughter, Leah Gentry.

Graveside services will be 10:00 am, Saturday, August 30, 2025, at Pine Crest Cemetery, under the direction of Hanner Funeral Service, with Pastor Billy Sheets officiating.
