Rosemary Will

Rosemary Nofziger Will, beloved mother, grandmother, teacher, and friend, passed away peacefully in San Jose, California on June 6, 2025, at the age of 93.

Born on March 7, 1932, in Glendale, California, Rosemary was the daughter of Bennett and Rosalind Nofziger. She spent her early years in the San Fernando Valley, where she was raised alongside her brothers, Jimmy and Lyn, all of whom preceded her in death.

Rosemary shared a long and loving marriage with her late husband, Waldon Frank Will. Together, they built a life centered around family, learning, and service to others. Rosemary’s nurturing spirit led her to a fulfilling career as a preschool teacher at Challenger Schools, where she touched the lives of countless children and families with warmth, patience, and dedication.

She is survived by her devoted sons, Michael Will of Brookeland, Texas, and Mark Will (wife Lynn) of Morgan Hill, California; her cherished grandchildren, Trevor Will of Brooklyn, New York, and Sara Rose Will of San Jose, California; and many friends and former students who will remember her gentle kindness and unwavering grace.

A Memorial Service to honor Rosemary’s life will be held on Friday, June 20th at 11:00 A.M. at Lima-Campagna-Alameda Mission Chapel, 600 S. Second Street, San Jose, CA 95112.

In lieu of flowers, the family invites you to share a memory or simply take a moment to reflect on the impact Rosemary had in your life. Her legacy lives on in the children she taught, the family she loved, and the countless lives she touched with quiet strength and enduring compassion.
