of Lackawanna, NY, passed away surrounded by family on May 5, 2025. Beloved wife of Anthony “Tony” Paliwoda; loving mother of Tracey (Thomas) McCafferty; adoring nonny of Madison Rose McCafferty; loving daughter of the late Joseph and Alfreda Wiertel; dear sister of John (Rosa) and Anthony (Ann) Wiertel; also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins; The family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Thursday, May 8th from 3-7 PM at the (Blasdell/Lackawanna Chapel) JOHN J. KACZOR FUNERAL HOME, INC. 3450 South Park Ave. where Morning Prayers will be said Friday, May 9th at 9:15 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Church at 10:00 AM.
