Ronald Strome

STROME, Ronald Gordon, age 74, loving husband of 53 years to Christine (nee Mason), predeceased by his parents Arthur and Veronica (nee Dumarczuk), loving father of Kelly (Dan), proud Grandfather to Braiden and Stacia, eldest brother of Janice (Jim) and Gary, brother in law of Andrew Mason (Lisa) and Joanne Stemmler (Barry) passed peacefully in the comfort of his own home, surrounded by his family, in the afternoon of August 7th 2025.

Ron was a man who could build or fix nearly anything. A lifelong contractor and machinist, many of his structures will carry on for years to come; but the greatest foundation he laid was in the legacy he built for his family and that love which shall flourish in our hearts and be passed along for many generations to come.

A quiet man in life, his family will honour him in the same with an intimate gathering of immediate loved ones.
