Robert “Bubby” Allen Pridemore, age 43, of Marietta, OH, departed this life on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at Marietta Memorial Hospital. Robert was born in Parkersburg, WV., the son of the late Herbert L. Pridemore and Flora Gay Testerman Pridemore.
Robert had been employed in multiple capacities over the years, he had worked for Simonton Windows, Ellenboro, WV, held various positions in the oil field industry and had worked as an independent mechanic. Robert enjoyed spending time with his son, working on cars, riding four wheelers and mud bogging.
Robert is survived by one son, Christian Gauge Pridemore, Big Springs, WV; his fiancé, Amy Kelly; one step son, Chase Kiser; three sisters, Sheila Ball (Duck), Marietta, OH, Lori “DeeDii” Bryant (Bobby), Harrisville, WV, and Donna Marmie (Brian), Powhattan Point, OH; one brother, Daniel Pridemore, Harrisville, WV and many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Robert was preceded in death by one sister-in-law, Teresa Pridemore and one great-nephew Cage Joseph Fendler.
Funeral services will be held at the Pullman Church of God, Pullman, WV, on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. with the Pastor Randall Farley officiating. Burial will follow at the Harrisville IOOF Cemetery, Harrisville, WV. Friends may call at the Pullman Church of God, Pullman, WV, Wednesday, October 15, 2025, beginning at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made directly to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses. Services for Mr. Pridemore have been entrusted to Raiguel Funeral Home, Harrisville, WV. Online condolences may be expressed to the family at www.mcculloughraiguel.com.
