Richard Kempa

Richard “Rich” Kempa, age 60, passed away on Friday September 19, 2025 surrounded by his family at Agrace Hospice Care. He was born on January 3, 1965 in Oak Park Illinois, the son of Gene and Lucy Kempa. He graduated from Warrens High School and attended Northern Illinois University for his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, along with his Master’s Degree in accounting. In October 1999, he married Dee. They had 4 beautiful children together. Jordan age 24, Brandon age 20, Melissa age 20 and Kelsey age 20 meant the world to Rich. Rich worked at PlasTech Engineering as their Controller. He will be especially remembered for his dedication to his job and his family.

Rich is survived by his wife Dee, son Jordan, son Brandon, daughter Melissa, daughter Kelsey, his father Gene Kempa, his sister Kathy Kempa Agne, and his sister Chrissy Kempa Heilemann. He was preceded in death by his mother Lucy, mother-in-law Dorothy Wiese and both sets of grandparents. 

Celebration of Life services will be held from 4:00pm-6:00pm on Friday October 3, 2025 at Albrecht Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, Milton, WI.
