Renee Bond

Renee M. Bond, 58, of Mount Vernon passed away on August 7, 2025 at her residence. She was born on February 8, 1967 to Gary L. and Lucia C. (Pallotto) Wilhelm in Dover, OH.

Renee was a Legal Nurse Consultant in Columbus, OH. Renee graduated in 1985 from Tuscarawas Central Catholic in New Philadelphia, OH, where she was active in drama, flag corp and pom pom dance squad. She was a member of the Moose Lodge and a former member of the Eagles in Mount Vernon. Renee loved going to concerts and seeing live bands. Renee was a avid Buckeye fan. She was exceptional at trivia and had an amazing memory of family events. Renee was the life of the party and had many friends.

Renee is survived by her son Adam Shalosky of Columbus, OH; her father Gary L. Wilhelm of Loudonville, OH; a sister Lara (Joe) Kiefer of Loudonville, OH; a niece Kayla (Chase) Norman of Loudonville, OH; nephews Nate Ginsburg and Nick Ginsburg; former husbands Jim Bond of Shelby, OH and Patrick (Lisa) Shalosky of Westerville, OH; many extended family members and friends.

Renee was preceded in death by her mother Lucia C. (Pallotto) Wilhelm.

There will be a Celebration of Life held on October 25, 2025 with details to follow.
