Purvin Evans Debora Evans

Purvin Evans and Debora Kay Long Evans died July 27, 2025. They were residents of Okeechobee for 29 years, they enjoyed fishing, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Mr. and Mrs. Evans were preceded in death by her mother, Ruby Brown; father, Dewey Long; brothers, Dewey Long, Jr.; his daughter, Meagan Renee Evans; and his father, Vernon Austin Evans.

They are survived by sons, Purvin Lavon Evans, Jr, (Asheigh) and Travis Evans, all of Georgia; daughters, Amber LeAnne Garrett (Richard), of Georgia, Jackie Brazil, Almalinda Moctezuma (Jairo), all of Okeechobee, Florida, and Tracy Tovar (Albert, Jr.), of Boynton Beach, Florida; 26 grandchildren; four great grandchildren; niece Macey Estrella (Alfonso), great nieces, Summer and Sunny; and many more family members.
