Phyllis Nolan

Phyllis E. Nolan died July 24th at Spring Hills Assisted Living in Lake Mary Florida. She went to be with the Lord and her “Prince Charming” Frank. Phyllis was born on July 02 1934 in Milwaukee WI to Herbert and Emma Platz. She was the mother of 5 beautiful children. Late in life, she met, and married Frank Nolan and he swept her off her feet. They had 24 wonderful years together and are finally playing Skipbo again.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Herbert and Emma Platz, a sister, Genevra, and a grandson, Justin Miller.

She is survived by her 5 children, Pamela (Kevin) Miller, Jeff Larson, Julie Bocock, Greg (Mary) Larson, and Linda (Richard) Nelson, 11 grandchildren, Jaime, Mandy, Jason, Jeremy, Erica, Brandon, Claire, Zachary, Hannah, Alec, and Spencer. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren, and 6 nieces and nephews.

She was a member of various churches in Ashland. There will be a private family graveside service and interment for Phyllis and Frank on September 20.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Mountain Funeral Home of Ashland, WI.
