Patricia White
Norway – Patricia G. (Parker) White, age 83 of Oxford, passed away on Thursday July 3, 2025, at Stephens Memorial Hospital, with her loving family by her side. She was born on October 26, 1941, in Windsor VT, a daughter of the late Charles and Ethelyn (Fallon) Parker.
Patricia was a homemaker and took care of her husband and three children. She was devoted to her church, loved to bake and cook. Liked to watch birds in the yard, had a green thumb for her house plants, but the most important thing to her was her family and closest friends (Sammy & Pat) meant everything to her.
She was predeceased by her loving parents Charles and Ethelyn Parker, her first husband Morris W. Perham, her second husband Lawerance J. White, her grandson Drew A Perham, sisters Elsie Maddox, Susie Alberta Allard, Janice Warker and Beverly Larrabee, her brothers Harry A. Townsend Jr., Elwin Townsend and Robert Townsend.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory her loving children, Morris Perham II and his wife Carolyn, Roxie Devoe and partner Jenni, and Charlene Collins and special son in-law Harold Collins Sr. Devoted grandchildren, Amanda Pierce and her husband Gordon (Pj), Morris Perham III (Sonny), and Alexa Mullen and her husband David, Carlton Sprague and his wife Jill, Harold Collins and his wife Brianna, Crystal Collins, Walter Collins and his wife Adreanna. She also leaves her 11 great grandchildren.
The family will hold visitation on Friday July,11, 2025 from 10:00 am to 12:00 p.m. with a funeral service at 12:00 at the Oxford Hills Funeral home and Cremation Services 1037 Main St Oxford. Her burial will follow at the Riverside Annex in South Paris and a reception will be held after at her Grandson and Granddaughters house located at 148 Norway Center Road, Norway.
