Patricia Glur
Patricia A. Glur, 79, of Rome, passed away on Monday, September 8, 2025, with her loving family at her side She was born in Malone, NY, on July 10, 1946, a daughter of the late Robert and Maureen (Jarvis) Brown. On September 12, 2001, she was united in marriage to Robert Glur, Sr. He passed away June 23, 2013.
Patricia worked at the Rome Nursing Home for 25 years. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, playing Bingo and cards. She enjoyed going to the Franklin Hotel and loved her three pets.
Patricia is survived by two children, Linda Kodya (Dale) and Robert Roe (Lynn); seven grandchildren, Derek Roe, Brittany Roe, Ariana Kodya (Louis), Christopher Roe, Mary Roe, Josh Roe and Chad Roe; nine great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two sons, David Roe and Samuel “Dewey” Roe; two sisters, Sandra Asher and Linda Brown; and four brothers, Robert, Leon, Richard and Floyd Brown.
Family and friends are invited to call on Monday, September 15th, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Nunn and Harper Funeral Home, Inc., 418 N. George St., Rome NY 13440, with services to follow at 1:00 p.m. Interment will take place in Rome Cemetery.
