Pamela Michelle Boyer, 62, of Wilmington, Delaware, passed away on March 31, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Pammie, as she was affectionately known, was born on June 22, 1962, in Coatesville, Pennsylvania, to Stanley N. Williams, Jr. and Daisy B. Williams.
She was a devoted daughter, sister, and aunt whose kindness, generosity, and loving spirit left a lasting impact on everyone she met. Pamela was admired for her impeccable sense of style, with a keen eye for décor, bold accessories, and flawless taste in fashion. Pamela deeply admired the Reggae artist Shaggy, joyfully singing and dancing to his music whenever she could.
Pamela received her early education in the Wilmington Public School System and graduated from Newark High School. She worked for Alloy Surfaces, of Pennsylvania for more than a decade. In recent years, she lovingly cared for Norwood and Alice Coleman, Sr.
She was predeceased in death by her mother, Daisy B. Williams; her brothers, Stanley N. Williams, III, and Derek K. Williams, Sr.; her grandparents, Daisy and Fred Mears, and Bertha Porter (Williams) and Stanley N. Williams, Sr.
Pamela is survived by her father, Stanley N. Williams, Jr.; her brother, Daryl K. Williams; her sisters, Angela D. Miller (Joseph) and Susan T. Lake (Keith); and her devoted friend, Norwood Coleman, Jr. She was also a beloved aunt and cherished friend to many.
Pamela’s warmth and love will remain in our hearts forever.
