Neoma Jean (Vincent) Zeilmann, 90, of Ottawa, passed away on Friday, October 10, 2025 at the Allure of Peru.
Funeral services will be at 12 noon on October 17, 2025 at the First Presbyterian Church in Ottawa with Rev. John Walker, Pastor, officiating. Burial will follow at Oakwood Memorial Park in Ottawa. Visitation will be an hour prior to the service at the church. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Mueller Funeral Home in Ottawa.
Jean was born on November 6, 1934 in Litchfield to Arthur and Myrtle (Faris) Vincent. She worked for Kirlin’s Gifts in Ottawa for 20 years. Jean was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Ottawa.
She is survived by her four children, Susan (Robert) Paul, Larry (Deanna) Zeilmann, Brian (Cynthia) Zeilmann, Diane (Jamey) Mertel; a sister Sandra Finnegan; nine grandchildren, Richard (Melissa) Wilkie, Brandy (Edward) Oppenlander, Derek Zeilmann, Kayla (Josh) Roberts, Matthew Zeilmann, Joshua (Cheyenne) Zeilmann, Noah (Maaju) Zeilmann, Haley Mertel, Jacey Mertel; six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Myrtle Vincent; a brother, Bill Vincent; a sister-in-law, Shelva Vincent; a brother-in-law, John Finnegan; and nieces, Dena Vincent and Lori Olson.
Memorials may be directed to the First Presbyterian Church in Ottawa.
