September 3, 2025 at the age of 71. Predeceased by his parents, Howard and Ruth (Anderson) Hornik. Survived by his son, David (Katie) Hornik; wife, Patty Hornik; sister, Linda (David) Bailey.

Calling Hours will be held at Faith United Methodist Church (174 Pinnacle Rd., Henrietta, NY) on Monday, September 8th from 11-12 pm. A Funeral Service will immediately follow at 12 pm. A Reception will follow the service, prior to the interment at White Haven Memorial Park.
