Myra Elgin-Hancock

Myra Anne Elgin-Hancock, 95, a longtime Missouri resident, passed away peacefully on October 30, 2025. She was born on August 6, 1930, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and lived a full and meaningful life that spanned nearly a century.

She was dearly loved by her family. From the Elgin family, her loving sons, Jim and Bruce, her sisters, Lucille, Corina, and Cathy, her grandchildren, Jesse, Jessica, Barkley, and Jaden, and her great-grandchildren, Taylor, Lincoln, and Greta. From the Hancock family, her children, Ashley, Patrick, Thomas, and David, her grandchildren, Chapman, Caleb, Alexandria, Stephanie, Amanda, and Victoria, and her great-grandchildren, Kash, Adrien, Gordon, Rowan, and Keegan.

Myra will forever be remembered by her family as their beloved “Nana,” a source of endless love, devotion, and encouragement. Her gentle heart, warm spirit, and unwavering support will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who were fortunate enough to know her.
