Michele Talsma

Michele A. Talsma, age 75 of Yorkville, IL passed away peacefully on Friday, November 28, 2025 at her home. She was born in Moundsville, West Virginia on December 27, 1949 the daughter of Alowichis and Alice (Lis) Piotrowski. 

Michele was united in marriage to Mr. Roland E. Talsma on April 1, 1982 and they spent the next 29 years happily together until his passing on September 14, 2011. She was employed for many years in the food distribution industry as a clerk. She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, and friend who will be deeply missed. 

Michele is survived by her son, Phillip Talsma of Yorkville, IL. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Alowichis and Alice Piotrowski; her husband, Roland E. Talsma; and her brother, Conrad Piotrowski. 

Services will be private.
