Michale Ryan

Our beautiful daughter, Michale Osborne Ryan passed away unexpectedly on September 9, 2025, in Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina. She was 32 years old. Born in Vail, Colorado on August 23, 1993; she loved the mountains, the beach and wide-open spaces.

As the mother of Ensley (her mini me) for the past 5 years, her daughter was the biggest joy in her life. Every evening ended with story time and cuddles.

Michale was a creative, artistic and nurturing young woman with a caring spirit and a quirky sense of humor. Her gifts were always hand crafted and meaningful. She loved writing both poetry and fiction. Her heart was huge and open. She loved children and the elderly and was her grandfather, Lyman’s caregiver for the last 2 years. As his companion and “secretary” she helped him continue his writing keeping his Serendipity dream alive.

As her mother I have no words, only tears. Tears of joy for the years we had together and the deep love we shared and tears of sorrow for the time taken away from all of us who loved her so dearly. Nana, Papa and Uncle Coco will raise your little angel Ensley surrounding her with a circle of love and support so strong it will thrive.

Michale is survived by her mother, Anna Snider; stepfather, Howard Snider; brother, Coleman Ryan and his family, Ashley, Zeke and Zoie; her step siblings, Kaylee, Audrey and Steven Snider; her grandfather, Lyman Coleman; and her uncles, Tudor Coleman and wife, Cindy Kent. There are many cousins and relatives on both sides of the family who will miss her tremendously – her smile, gentle spirit and amazing auburn hair.

We are glad you are at peace dear daughter.

Coleman Ryan’s (Brother) Words:

Michale was so much more than a mother, sister and daughter. She was the proverbial “shoulder” for so many. Her compassion was beyond understanding and the light and humor she brought to so many will shine on forever. You were my sister, and the one person I could call when I needed someone who truly understood. Rest easy sis! And…until we meet again, I will keep my promises.
