Michael “Mike” Meachum

Michael “Mike” Meachum, 41, of Boynton Beach, passed away unexpectedly on September 9, 2025. He leaves behind his wife, Ilana; parents, Dawn and Fadi; sister, Samantha (Jimmy); nephews, Jaxson and Maverick; grandmother, Joan; his “babies” (dogs), Khal, Polly, and Frankie, and many loving relatives and friends.

Born in Detroit, Mike was a true fan of all things Michigan — forever cheering for the Lions, Red Wings, and Michigan State Spartans. His happiest moments were spent watching games on the couch with his 3 dogs, FaceTiming his nephews, hanging out with his buddies in his “Lions Den” (aka the garage), and playing pranks on his wife.

With the support of his Uncle Marc and best friend Marty, Mike founded Kahuna Construction, posthumously named after his Grandpa Ivan, “The Big Kahuna.” His hard work, vision, and larger-than-life personality helped him build not only a successful company but also a strong community of friends and colleagues.

Known for his humor, generosity, and unmistakable presence, Mike was the guy everyone loved and the life of every party. He was the first person neighbors would call for help, and he would always say yes without hesitation. He will be remembered always as a devoted husband, son, brother, uncle, friend, and neighbor who left an indelible mark on everyone who knew him.
