Mary V. Wehling, nee Lambrecht. Loving wife of the late Donald J. Wehling. Beloved mother of Virginia (Glenn) Stangeland, Lynne Wehling-Fester (Dale Fester), Donna (Tom) Pannke, Barbara (Frank) Lowery, Stephen (Diana), the late Kevin and the late Andrew. Cherished gramma of 18. Adoring great-gramma of 14. Fond sister of the late William (the late Ticki) Lambrecht and the late Jo (the late Tom) Miller. Mary died from complications of Alzheimer’s Disease having spent her final years at Arbor Terrace Memory Care in Glenview. Mary was busy raising 7 children but still found time to be very involved at St. Hilary Parish. She was a founding member of the Mother’s Club and continued the tradition of the Women’s Club. She was a member and treasurer of St. Francis Hospital Auxiliary. Mary worked at St. Francis Food Service where she was fondly known as “Dietary Mary”. Mary was the queen of April Fool’s Day, leaving our father in fear every year. Visitation Sunday, November 16th from 4-8 p.m. at Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home, 6150 N. Cicero Ave., Chicago. Prayers Monday 9:15 a.m. from the funeral home to St. Padre Pio Parish at St. Hilary Church for Mass at 10:00 a.m. Interment St. Boniface Cemetery, Chicago, IL.
