1928 – 2025

Maysville, Missouri……Martha Louise (Smith) Allison McFee was born on May 24, 1928, in Albany, MO to Orval and Lina Smith and passed away December 5th, 2025.

On February 8th, 1947, she married JW Allison in Troy, KS. He preceded her in death on August 2, 1973. Six children were born to this union: Connie, Harold, Ron, Jim, Holley, and Donna. During her marriage to JW, Louise worked at Chase Candy Company, CD Smith Drug Company in St. Joseph and Sherwood Medical Company in Elwood, Kansas.

On August 22, 1975 Louise married Wayne McFee in Weatherby, MO. Wayne had 3 children prior to their marriage. Those children were Sue (McFee) Owen, Larry McFee, and Gary McFee. Wayne preceded her in death on November 9, 2003. After marrying Wayne and moving to Weatherby from St. Joseph, she owned and operated Louise’s Country Kitchen in Maysville.

Louise was a member of the Weatherby United Methodist Church, the Weatherby Coffee Club, was a 50 plus year member of the Robidoux Rebekah Lodge #851, served on the board of the Dekalb County Nutrition Center, volunteered at the lIving Hope Food Pantry and was a Republican Committee woman.

Louise was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, J.W. and Wayne; brothers, Carl and Kenneth Smith; sisters, Helen Fulton, Virginia Warren, Florence Smith; daughter, Connie Black; son, Jimmie Allison; son-in-law, Victor Black; and daughter-in-law, Joni Allison.

Survivors include sons, Harold (Jackie) Allison of Weatherby, Larry (SuEllen) McFee of Maysville, Ron (Debbie) Allison of St. Joseph, Garry (Susan) McFee of Weatherby, Holley (Shelly) Allison of Battle Mountain, NV; daughters, Sue (Ron) Owen of Rockport and Donna (Danny) Swope of Maysville; 20 grandchildren; 42 great-grandchildren; 20 great-great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, December 12th, 2025, at Turner Family Funeral Home in Maysville, with burial immediately following at Memorial Park Cemetery in St. Joseph, MO.
Family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral service.

Louise’s request was that memorials be made to the Weatherby United Methodist Church or the Dekalb County Nutrition Center.
