She was born in Worcester, MA on May 20, 1941, the daughter of the late James and Rita (Bombard) Turner. She was a graduate of South High School and Salter Secretarial School (now Salter College). On June 10, 1961 she was united in marriage to the late Ronald L. Bouley and together they shared a blessed union of 56 years. She was a parishioner at St. Paul’s Church and was a member of the Red Hat Society and the Rome Catholic 96er’s dinner group. Gardening and spending time on Cape Cod were some of her favorite things to do during the warm weather and curling up with a good book or Hallmark movie during Rome’s cold winters. She was also a great lover of the family dogs.
