Lula Hartle

Lula B. Hartle, 89 of Gilbertsville, Kentucky passed away on Sunday, August 10, 2025 at Lake Way Nursing & Rehabilitation in Benton, Kentucky.

Lula was born on September 1, 1935, she was the daughter of the late Luster Cook and Lily Jenkins Cook.  She was a homemaker who enjoyed gardening and was a member of the garden club.  Lula was of the Methodist faith.

She is survived by her husband of 71 years, Albert “Al” Hartle of Gilbertsville, KY; two daughters, Cheryl Bollinger, husband, Terry of Jackson, MO and Suzi Yamnitz, husband, Craig of Patton, MO; three grandchildren, Matt Bollinger, Courtney Rollet and Tabitha Yamnitz-Daub; and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one brother, Arzie Cook and her parents.

Burial will take place at a later date at The Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield, MO.
