Lucille West

Lucille ‘Lucy’ Dillon West, age 95, of Drasco Arkansas went to be with our Lord and Savior on October 7, 2025. Lucille was born in Miller, Arkansas to Marvin and Nora (Birdsong) Dillon. She was the third oldest of six children.

Lucille married Bob West on January 4, 1956. They were blessed with two children, Grant and Bruce.

Lucille worked for the US Army Corps of Engineers for many years, enjoying the memories of working with some colorful characters and good friends.

Most people knew her as the Avon Lady and she loved every minute of it. She enjoyed leaving Avon books around town, making deliveries to loyal customers, and keeping the roads hot in her trusty brown station wagon.

Lucille is survived by one son Bruce, two daughters in law, Renee and Sonya, four grandchildren Rachel (Brad) Green, Sara (Adam) Carlton, Ben (Jen) West, Michael (Jodie) West, five great grandchildren, Peyton June, Graham, Sonny and Taylor, her sister Betty Holland, as well as several other family members.

She was proceeded in death by her parents, her brother Charles Wilmer, an infant brother, her sisters Bernice and Virginia, her husband Bob, and her son Grant.
