Lorraine Bagley

Lorraine Marie Bagley, 96, passed peacefully surrounded by her family on June 11, 2025. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Col. (Ret.) James Edward Bagley, III, together they shared five loving children; Col. (Ret.) James E. Bagley, IV, Deacon Kevin N. Bagley, Suzanne M. Fair, Brendan J. Bagley and the late Paul J. Bagley. She is also survived by her cherished grandchildren, Jennifer E. Dougherty, Katherine S. Bagley, Christine M. Concepcion, Stephanie L. Brooks, Kimberly A. Bunty, Patrick J. Bagley, Timothy J. Fair, Maria S. Fair, Christopher E. Bagley, Elizabeth M. Bagley and the late Michael H. Bagley as well as 11 great grandchildren. Mrs. Bagley was also preceded in death by her sister Natalie J. Brooks.

The family will receive friends at the Church of the Resurrection Chapel, 3175 Paulskirk Dr., Ellicott City, MD 21042, Friday June 20th from 10-11 a.m., with a Mass of Christian Burial immediately following at 11 a.m. She will be laid to rest with her beloved husband in Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
