Linda Blackhurst

Linda June (Dunlow) Blackhurst, 73, of Gwynn Oak, Maryland, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, September 12, 2025. She was born on April 2, 1952, to the late Jim “Pete” and Mary “Kat” Dunlow.

Linda will be lovingly remembered by her son, Jason Blackhurst; her granddaughters, Kristi Blackhurst and Elizabeth Butler; and her devoted partner of 30 years, Dan Green. She also leaves behind four nieces and a nephew.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Blackhurst; her son, Michael Blackhurst; and her twin brother, Dave Dunlow.

Linda had a kind and generous heart and found joy in the simple things. She loved caring for her pets, both cats and dogs, and enjoyed sewing, crafting, and hunting for treasures while thrift shopping. Most of all, she loved her family and friends, who will miss her dearly.

Her warmth, creativity, and loving spirit will live on in the hearts of those who knew her.
