Linda Berry
Linda L. Berry, 82 of Mendota passed away with her loving family by her side, at home on October 4,2025.
There will be a Celebration of Life at a later date. Cremation rites have been accorded. Wasmer Funeral Home is privileged to assist the family.
Linda was born December 21,1942 in Mendota to Robert and Anna (Meen) Mortimer.
During her career she was Head Judicial Clerk in the Larimer Colorado Court system retiring in 1999 after 20 years. After her service she returned to her hometown and opened Annie’s Antiques. Never one to sit around Linda bartended many nights at the Mendota Elks Lodge, where she was a member, and also belonged to the Mendota V.F.W. Post #4079 Auxiliary.
Linda married the love of her life James Berry on June 30,1978 in Carson City, Nevada.
She will be forever missed by her sons: John Erhardt of Mendota, Michael (Michelle) Morris of Coquille, OR., Brian Morris, daughters: Debbie (Terrell) Brown of Coos Bay, OR., Toni (Kelli) Berry of Ft. Collins, CO., Delia (Richard) Moreno of Jefferson, CO., several grandchildren and great grandchildren, and brothers: John (Lorraine) Mortimer of Winchester, VA.,and Bill (Patricia) Mortimer of Coeur d’ Alene, ID. Linda was preceded in death by her parents, husband James, and brother Robert Mortimer Jr.
