Lillie Prindle

Lillie F. Prindle, 86, of Springfield, passed away Thursday, November 6, 2025, at her home. She was born June 13, 1939, in Springfield, the daughter of John D. and Mary (Hammon) Prindle.

She is survived by one brother, William (Sharon) Prindle of Springfield and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Louis C., John A. and Samuel C. Prindle and William G. and Clyde Murrill; sisters, Ethel L. Withrow, Loriane L. Adams and Noraine A. Morton.

Lillie retired from the State of Illinois after many years of service.

Visitation: 10-11 am, Monday, November 17, 2025, at Staab Funeral Home – Springfield.

Funeral Service: 11:00 am, Monday, November 17, 2025, at Staab Funeral Home – Springfield.

Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Diabetes Foundation, American Cancer Society, American Lung Association or the Kidney Foundation.
